Legislative Donations

 

The OMRA annual calendar meeting is always scheduled for the first Saturday of November.  Start time for the meeting is 8:00 AM at Lobos Clubhouse located on the corner of 94th and Talbert in Oregon City.  This meeting is to establish event dates for the upcoming year, modify or change rules (if needed), vote for new officers, etc.  All OMRA members are welcome and a representative from each club should attend.  A club member or representative MUST show to reserve an existing date for the upcoming year.  If a representative from your club cannot show, then you must communicate this to an OMRA Officer beforehand with your specific dates (letter or email is preferred). Otherwise your date will be open for use by another club.  Coffee and donuts will be available.  Call 503-572-1400 or 503-681-8881 for more info.

Please look over the current rules before the calendar meeting and be ready to discuss any issues or concerns.  All OMRA rules need to be complied with, whether the event is on public or private land.  If a club or promoter decides not to follow OMRA rules, then the club or promoter’s next event will not be sanctioned by the OMRA and your date will be made available to the clubs and promoters that follow OMRA rules.
