About me:
I spent ten years as a volunteer in the offroad dirt bike community and found a deep love for the sport. Right before I turned 30 I decided that I wanted to give riding a try. It only took one summer to fall completely head over heels for all things two-wheels. I purchased my first dirt bike and put in 52 days of riding my first year.

In the past five(ish) years I’ve gone from trail rider to racer to motorcycle club member to a director position on the OMRA board. The initial flame I felt towards riding grew to encompass the entire sport and community. There’s nothing in this world that has taught me more about myself or service to others than dirtbiking.

My favorite type of riding:
I like big rocks and I cannot lie.
(Just kidding! I am a big lover of technical singletrack. But am down for a challenge any day!)

My favorite riding area:
The Burn (IYKYK)

My first bike:
2018 TE 150 lovingly referred to as the “Wee Beasty”

Favorite Riding Memory:
Finishing the 2022 Devil’s Head ISDE out of the Trask. Many years ago I told someone that I would finish the full-course race, and they told me it would probably be impossible. That was long before I rode and it was always my “Everest”.

Why I became an OMRA Officer:
We are always stronger and better together. I believe that by giving of myself, I am helping to grow a more inclusive and strong community. The OMRA does amazing things for racing, legislative rights, youth education and so much more. Without the work of the men and women before me, we would not have thousands of miles of public trails to learn to ride on, nor amazing and well-run races.
