About me:
Grew up in Southern Oregon. Currently work in the high-tech industry and have one daughter.  I've been an OMRA Officer for over 10 years and have met a lot of great members along the way.  Motorcycling is my drug and it keeps me young.  Been racing since 1981, transferred to expert class in 1984 and have been racing/riding ever since.  Be sure and come introduce yourself to me at the events!

My favorite riding area:
Anywhere, as long as it's on two wheels: road, off road or dualsport!

My first bike:
Worked all Summer setting chokers for my Dad's logging business and bought a used 1969 Honda 65cc (below) for $185!

When I first started riding:
1970 with that first Honda.  Never been the same since!

My riding experience:
Been riding since 1970 with that first Honda. Bikes owned since then have been a Yamaha 250DT1, Maico 400 (square barrell), Honda MT250 Enduro, Honda XL250, Yamaha RD350, Kawasaki KZ900, BMW R75/6, Honda CB350, Honda 550F, Suzuki 125TS, Yamaha 750 twin, Yamaha IT465, Yamaha IT490, KTM 500EXC, Kawasaki 500KX, BMW K100RS, KTM 300EXC(2), Suzuki RMX250(2), BMW R100GS, Honda XR600, Honda XR650, Yamaha YZF426, Yamaha WR450, Suzuki DRZ400S, Honda 450X, and Montesa 315r Cota. I have ridden all over the USA, Mexico, Canada and Europe, and the best riding by far is the Northwest.

My favorite saying:
You don't stop riding because you grow old, you grow old because you stop riding.

Why I became an OMRA Officer:
Was railroaded! Seriously, I just wanted to promote the sport and what can be better than working with people of like minds?

I'd also like to say:
Get involved with keeping our sport open to everyone!  We must make it so our children can also enjoy the experiences we've had with this great family sport.
