Columbia Gorge Off-Road Association (CGORA) to host Hood River OHV Trails Meeting on Tuesday, December 13 via Zoom

Looking to stay involved with what's going on with our trail systems? Join CGORA next week for a strategic meeting in regards to new trail incentives and plans for the Hood River OHV system.

It takes all of us to keep the momentum moving forward for our offroad community.

From CGORA’s Facebook Post:

Calling on all members of Columbia Gorge moto community!!!

My name is Marty Cronin and I am the President of your local moto organization, CGORA (Columbia Gorge Off-Road Association). I am reaching out to request your attendance for an important zoom meeting on Dec 13th, starting at 5:30. We will have staff from Hood River County Trails, the Oregon State OHV Grants, and also the Dir of Land Use for the OMRA to discuss enhancements to existing moto trails and future new trail developments in HR County. All of which requires support from each of us to be involved in the form of trail work parties as we engage with HR county and Oregon OHV to continue making HR the best moto trail system we possibly can. Lots of good things are happening and we are stoked to share the news and to get the moto community rallied.

We will do this meeting via Zoom, as we feel this is the easiest/safest route just before the thick of the “holidaze” kick into gear.

If you have never attended, I want to share that they are low key, super informative, and allow for plenty of opportunity to hear future direction of the trail development/maintenance efforts. Not to mention a great opportunity to ask whatever questions you may have from those in charge of those decisions.
