Races & Events: OMRA Expands Women’s Racing Classes for 2026
OMRA is expanding women’s racing for 2026 with two new classes: AA Women and Women’s 40+. With five women’s classes spanning Beginner through AA, OMRA’s women’s program is built as a full ladder designed to grow with racers at every stage of competition.
Races & Events: Competition Memberships Eliminated for 2025
Competition memberships are no longer required for OMRA racing in 2025. Riders can show up, race, and earn series points, with a portion of each entry continuing to support OMRA’s advocacy, awards, and trail work.
Races & Events: Women’s Expert Class Added to GP Series
OMRA has added a Women’s Expert class to the GP series. The new class will race with the Amateurs for 1.5 hours, with a grace period for number background updates. Women’s Amateur remains unchanged, and XC/SE classes will stay merged for now.
